A Year Ago Today…

It was exactly a year ago today that we had our first ultra sound for Isaiah….

I can’t believe how time flies. It was at this ultrasound that we saw him and heart his heart beat for the first time. Casey and I were in love with him from the very beginning, even though he was only a quarter of an inch long and we had no clue he was a boy! We highly anticipated Isaiah joining our family, and he has brought nothing but joy to us since he was born.

Isaiah, you are now 4 months old and are continually making mommy and daddy smile. You have started to eat squash and absolutely love it. You roll around a lot, and this even means sleeping on your tummy because you seem to prefer it (even though you fight it when you’re falling asleep)!! We don’t move you because you put yourself there and when you are sleeping, well we are so thankful for the time to relax 🙂 You have started to sleep through the night again and 7:30 am has become your wake-up time. Every morning I feed you, change your diaper and bring you to mommy and daddy’s bed. You usually roll to your right side so you can see daddy and have a huge smile on your face when he finally opens his eyes to look at you… it’s the best way to wake up in the morning! From that point on I’m pretty sure you think it’s time to play  seeing as you won’t stop moving and always grab daddy’s nose! We love you so much Isaiah and are so happy to have you with us and not in mommy’s tummy any more!!

Silly boy!

Loving daddy!

Shocked from the flash!
