This year on Valentines Day, I had TWO Valentines. One, my hubby and two, my baby boy! I was so lucky and blessed to have TWO Valentines…but mostly a husband that loves and adores his family.
Casey has been my Valentine for 4 years now. Each year I love him MORE and MORE. He is such an amazing man who continues to love, support and serve me and Isaiah. I could not have been blessed with a more amazing husband. We’ve gone through our rough times, and continue to go through them in life, BUT we only grow closer together and rely on our Father more. He continues to show me what it means to trust in the Lord’s plans and to trust that Casey will continue to lead and provide for our family. He completely relies on the Lord’s strength and knows that he is nothing without Him. Casey is an amazing example of what it means to follow Christ, and I continue to enjoy watching him grow. Casey and I have also had so many great memories together that involve lots of smiles and laughter. He continues to strive to make me laugh about anything he possibly can, and he loves to rope others into the jokes. He even dances goofy for Isaiah in hopes that Isaiah will give up a little giggle. I love my husband, my Valentine, and my best friend.
This year for Valentine’s Day, we went on a double date with some friends and then we all hung out with other friends that are getting married this weekend. It was so nice to be in CT for Valentine’s Day and share it with other friends that we love. It was such a blessing to be able to go on a date, and know that our little man was being cared for and I had NOTHING to worry about. We are truly blessed.
