9 Months.

Isaiah,

You have been a HUGE part of our lives now for 9 months, and we can’t believe how fast time has gone!! I was just going through pictures and updating your baby book, and I just couldn’t believe how much you have and continue to grow. In just 3 short months, you’ll be a year old and most likely you’ll be walking, and I can’t BELIEVE this!!!

You are continually becoming more and more mobile as the days go by. You are climbing from one thing to the next, you are starting to transfer from chair to chair, and walking along furniture. Because of the fact that you’re climbing, we have to move everything out of your reach, except for the DVDs… those come off the shelves daily. You have found your way into all the strange hiding places there are, and you love climbing up on the windows. You got your first bloody lip a few days ago, you lost your balance while standing by the window and bit through your lip. It definitely gave us a scare, but you were totally fine within minutes!

You have also started to eat a lot more. You love to eat bananas, blueberries, and anything that I can make soft enough for you to chew on your own. Graham crackers are definitely a favorite! If we are at a restaurant you love to sit in your high chair and eat whatever we can feed you, and if you are home while we eat, you want whatever we can give you. You are definitely figuring life out, and really learning what you want! You are becoming very independent, and developing such a cute personality.

We are so excited for what the future holds for our family, and looking forward to the next few months. We anticipate your first few steps will be taken all by yourself! (You’re already holding onto our hands while walking!)
